SHIPPING INFORMATION
Kielbasa Factory
is affiliated agency of the POLONEZ Parcel Service, the largest licensed
shipper of parcels to Poland
and other European countries.
We ship by SEA and AIR.
Attention:
We accept packages weighting no more than 60 lbs/each.
How to prepare a
parcel?
Pack things you want to
ship into a strong cardboard box.
Ensure that all pieces are packed tightly. If necessary, fill gaps with paper or other
material. Seal the box with a
packaging tape. Write sender's (in the
top left corner) and recipient's (in the center) addresses on the box. Weigh the parcel. Calculate shipping fees and
insurance. In the store you will need to fill up the
Shipping Declaration and for air service a “Shipper’s Endorsement“ form
required by FAA.
Please be advised, that
actual sea and air parcels' weight used to calculate shipment charges applies
only to gift parcels with content like food or clothes. Different rules apply
to large size and underweight parcels.
Correct charges for a sea parcel can be based on a weight
calculated by multiplying length x width x height of a parcel box in inches,
divided into 140 producing valid parcel weight in lbs.
formula: ( length x
width x height ) / 140 = parcel weight in lbs
Air parcel weight
should be calculated by multiplying length x width x height of a parcel box
in inches, divided into 166 producing valid parcel weight in lbs.
formula: (
length x width x height ) / 166 = parcel weight in lbs
Please calculate charges
based on a larger of actual weight or calculated weight using
above formula.
